J Soul Whisper Refund Policy

At J Soul Whisper, every service and product is offered with care, intention and integrity.

This policy explains how cancellations, returns and refund requests are handled.

All payments made through the J Soul Whisper website are processed in GBP (£).

J Soul Whisper offers Spiritual Guidance Readings, Psychic Photo Readings, Spiritual Healing and Mediumship Readings. Written, audio and photographic readings and distant Spiritual Healing may begin shortly after payment has been received.

When booking, you will be asked to confirm that you would like preparation or delivery of your service to begin before the end of the 14-day cancellation period. If you cancel after preparation has begun but before the service has been fully completed, any refund may be reduced fairly to reflect the work already completed.

Once the service has been fully completed following your request for it to begin, your right to cancel ends. A refund will not be issued solely because a spiritual message, interpretation, connection or outcome did not meet personal expectations. Spiritual services are subjective, and specific results, messages or connections cannot be guaranteed. This does not affect your statutory rights if a service has not been provided with reasonable care and skill or is materially different from its description.

Spiritual Sessions & Guidance

For a scheduled Mediumship Reading or another live appointment:

• Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the arranged time are eligible for a full refund, provided preparation or delivery of the service has not already begun.

• Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may receive a reduced refund to reflect reasonable preparation already completed and the appointment time reserved.

• One reschedule is permitted without charge when at least 24 hours’ notice is provided.

• Further changes are subject to availability. If you do not attend an arranged session or are unavailable at the agreed time without notice, a refund may not be available.

Any decision will take account of the circumstances, preparation completed and your statutory rights.

Scheduled Readings

Digital Products

This section applies only to downloadable digital products purchased directly through the J Soul Whisper website.

Before a digital product has been accessed, downloaded or supplied, you may normally request cancellation within 14 days of purchase. Where you expressly request immediate digital delivery and acknowledge that your cancellation right will be lost, the right to cancel ends once delivery or downloading begins. If a digital product is faulty, inaccessible or materially different from its description, please contact me so that I can provide assistance, a replacement or another appropriate remedy.

You may cancel an online order for a physical product by contacting me within 14 days after receiving it, without needing to provide a reason. After notifying me, the item must be returned within a further 14 days. Returned items should be unused, complete and safely packaged. A refund may be reduced if an item has been handled beyond what would reasonably be necessary to examine it. For a change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for return postage. Please obtain proof of postage. The purchase price and any standard delivery charge paid will be refunded within 14 days after I receive the returned item or suitable evidence that it has been sent back. Genuinely personalised or custom-made products may not be eligible for a change-of-mind return unless they are faulty, damaged or not as described.

Physical Products

Subject to your statutory rights, a refund will not normally be available in the following circumstances:

• Failure to attend an agreed live or scheduled session without notice
• Cancellation with insufficient notice after preparation has begun or appointment time has been reserved
• Dissatisfaction solely because an intuitive message, interpretation, connection or outcome did not meet personal expectations
• Late arrival to a scheduled session, which may result in reduced session time rather than rescheduling or a refund

Spiritual services are subjective, and particular messages, connections or outcomes cannot be guaranteed. This does not affect your rights where a service has not been provided with reasonable care and skill or is materially different from its description.

Rescheduling

Please contact me as soon as possible if your order arrives faulty, damaged, incomplete or different from its description. Include your order details and clear photographs of the product and packaging where possible. I will work with you to arrange an appropriate replacement, repair or refund. You will not be required to pay reasonable return costs where an item is faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied.Please note that any payment processing or transaction fees may be deducted from the refunded amount.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products

How to Request a Refund

Approved refunds will be returned through the original payment method. Service and digital-product refunds will normally be issued within 14 days after the refund has been agreed. For returned physical products, refunds will be issued within 14 days after the returned item or evidence of return has been received. Nothing in this policy limits or removes your statutory consumer rights.
