At J Soul Whisper, every service and product is offered with intention, care, and integrity. I strive to provide a meaningful and high-quality experience for each client.

I understand that circumstances may change, and this policy outlines how refund requests are handled with fairness and respect.

All transactions are processed in GBP (£).

Spiritual sessions, including psychic mediumship and intuitive guidance, are considered time-based services.

Refunds may be requested up to 48 hours before the scheduled session for a full refund
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may not be eligible for a refund
Once a session has been completed, it is non-refundable, as the service has been fully delivered

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital content:

All digital products are non-refundable once accessed, downloaded, or delivered
If you experience any technical issues, please get in touch so I can assist you in accessing your purchase

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

Failure to attend a scheduled session (no-show)
Cancellations made with insufficient notice
Dissatisfaction based on subjective interpretation of spiritual guidance
Late arrival to a session (this may result in reduced session time rather than rescheduling or refund)

Non-Refundable Situations

Where possible, sessions may be rescheduled with appropriate notice (as outlined in the Terms & Conditions).

Partial Refunds

In certain situations where a service has only been partially delivered, a partial refund may be considered at my discretion.

Please note that any payment processing or transaction fees may be deducted from the refunded amount.
