All services operate within the Europe/London time zone, and all transactions are processed in GBP (£).

All spiritual services must be booked through the official J Soul Whisper website or another authorised platform.

A booking is confirmed once full payment has been received.

All prices are displayed in GBP (£), and payments are processed securely through trusted third-party payment providers. J Soul Whisper does not store complete payment-card details.

Written readings, audio readings, Psychic Photo Readings and distant Spiritual Healing are normally prepared and delivered within approximately 3–7 working days.

Mediumship Readings are arranged for a mutually suitable date and time after payment has been received.
Bookings & Payments
Cancellations & Rescheduling
For a scheduled Mediumship Reading or other live appointment:
• Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the arranged time are eligible for a full refund, provided the service has not already begun.
• Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may receive a reduced refund to reflect preparation already completed and the appointment time reserved.
• One reschedule is permitted without charge when at least 24 hours’ notice is provided. Further changes are subject to availability.
For written, audio, Psychic Photo Reading and distant Spiritual Healing services, preparation may begin soon after payment has been received.
Services are normally completed within approximately 3–7 working days. Where you request that work begins during the 14-day cancellation period, you understand that your right to cancel ends once the service has been fully completed. If you cancel after preparation has begun but before completion, any refund may be reduced to reflect work already completed.

Due to the personal and subjective nature of spiritual services, a refund will not be provided solely because a message, interpretation, spiritual connection or outcome did not meet personal expectations.

Specific messages, connections or outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

This does not affect your statutory rights if a service has not been provided with reasonable care and skill or is materially different from its description.
