Cancellations

  • Cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance are eligible for a full refund

  • Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in partial or full loss of payment

Rescheduling

  • One reschedule is permitted with at least 24 hours’ notice, free of charge

  • Additional changes may be subject to availability and fees

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • No refunds are issued once a session has been completed

  • Dissatisfaction based on subjective interpretation does not qualify for a refund
