Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing my services. To ensure a smooth and efficient booking experience, please read my online booking policy carefully before making a reservation. 1. Booking Confirmation All bookings made online are subject to availability. A confirmation email or SMS will be sent once your booking is successfully completed. Please review your confirmation to ensure all details are correct. 2. Payment Full/partial payment may be required at the time of booking, depending on the service. Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards and other options as listed on our website. 3. Cancellations & Refunds Cancellations made 24 hours prior to the appointment may be eligible for a full or partial refund. Cancellations made after the deadline may not be eligible for a refund. 4. Rescheduling You may reschedule your booking up to 48 hours before the scheduled time, subject to availability. Rescheduling requests must be made through the same platform used for booking or by contacting us directly. 5. Customer Responsibility Ensure all personal information entered during the booking process is accurate. You are responsible for keeping your booking confirmation and showing if requested. 6. Modifications by Me I reserve the right to modify or cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. illness, technical issues). In such cases, you will be offered a reschedule or a full refund. 7. Privacy Policy All customer information collected during booking is handled in accordance with my Privacy Policy.
